Apartment is situated in a very quite and green area near the river Ombla. In a small and peaceful village Rožat only 15 minute drive from the Old City Dubrovnik, with a view on Dubrovnik Marina and Rijeka Dubrovačka bay.

Small stylish and cozy apartment on the second floor in a building, with a elevator. Bedroom and living room consist 2 balcony with view on old ruined 15th century palace.
Area is ideal for guests who love walking next to the river, jogging, cycling...

If you want to enjoy Dubrovnik but escape the hustle and bustle of the Old Town - this is the place to stay !!!

Dubrovnik Marina is just a 10 minutes walking. Few restaurants and grocery store are in a 100 meters from the house. Parking is in a front of building. Bus station to Old town is just a two minute walking.

Beautiful area just outside the busy, actually TOO BUSY city center of Dubrovnik, on its western entrance in a Fjord-called Rijeka Dubrovačka which is historically known for leisure, summer living and is famous for renaissance summer residences.
