This beautiful stone house with magnificent views of the sea and the islands awaits you in a quiet environment that offers absolute privacy and intimacy.



The house is fully equipped and features a large outdoor pool and a covered terrace with barbecue, so you can fully enjoy your stay in this beautiful building.



The house consists of a first floor with kitchen and dining room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, while upstairs there is a living room, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Due to the large plot and facilities, it is ideal for families with children.



Pebble and rocky beaches are a 5-minute drive away and in the nearby resort you can use tennis courts, mini golf and other sports facilities for a fee. Dubrovnik with its numerous cultural and entertainment opportunities is 10 km away.

Als wir nach einer langen Fahrt angekommen sind, wurden wir vom Eigentümer freundlich empfangen und durften auch vor der vereinbarten Zeit das Haus betreten. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse mit Pool auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Für den Preis der Unterkunft fehlt uns trotzdem die Leistung. Der Vermieter ist nur zur Übergabe da ansonsten zwar per WhatsApp erreichbar aber wohnt in BIH. Leider ist das Haus und die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen was wir sehr schade finden, da man da echt was draus machen kann. Auch was die Sauberkeit angeht ist für den Preis viel mehr zu erwarten. Der Garten ist riesig aber nicht eingezäunt, also ein Besuch vom Wildschwein kann schon mal vorkommen. Auch könnte man den Garten und die obere Terrasse mit Sitzmöglichkeiten schöner gestalten. Es erfolgt kein Handtuchwechsel, Wechsel der Bettwäsche oder eine professionelle Poolreinigung, welche dringend nötig ist. Der Aussengrill wird mit Gas betrieben, man sollte bei Übergabe den Füllstand prüfen. Bei uns war die Gasflasche leider leer und es erfolgte keine Ersatzlieferung. Da wir schon das zehnte Jahr nach Kroatien fahren und verschiedene Unterkünfte besucht haben sind wir wirklich sehr enttäuscht, da es viel Geld ist und das war es definitiv nicht wert. Ansonsten ist die Gegend wirklich sehr schön mit einer wundervollen Landschaft. Das Haus liegt sehr hoch, also ein Fußmarsch zum Meer ist gutes Training für den Körper. Eine Bushaltestelle ist im Ort und somit eine gute Alternative zum Auto.

Home sweet home

Superbe séjour d'une semaine. La personne qui nous a accueilli était très avenante et disponible pour toute question. On s'est tout de suite senti bien, comme si nous étions chez nous, et la vue est tout simplement incroyable. Pour y accéder, la route est extrêmement pentue. Une voiture est donc indispensable ainsi que pour visiter les sites alentour ou aller à la plage. Dubrovnik est vraiment très facile d'accès (environ 10 min en voiture).
