Relaxing Townhouse Downtown Dubuque-1 block from Fenelon Elevator

Experience historic Dubuque from this beautiful, spacious 3 bedroom townhouse. Take advantage of this great downtown location, only a block to Dubuque's best shops, restaurants, night lift, and tourist attractions. This home offers a fenced in backyard with fire pit, foosball table, dart board, and board games. All bedrooms are located on the second floor and a full bath on each floor. There is a futon in the living room. Queen size air mattress and pack n play are available. Washer and dryer are also on the first floor. We have free off street parking (space for 2-3 cars.)This property is perfect for short stays or mid-term stays. It is well stocked with amenities for family vacations, girl trips, and traveling nurses/ traveling professionals. There is a workspace in the master bedroom. We provide free Wi-Fi. Dubuque has many means of transportation as well. If you are looking for a specific amenity that you do not see here reach out to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Overall this house was GREAT! It had everything you could ever need. They even accommodated us to check in earlier due to an earlier game time. I would definitely recommend.

Great experience, lots of space!
My friends and I recently stayed at Troy and Stacy's wonderful home in Dubuque and had a great time. The house is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown restaurants, shops, etc. and there are plenty of beds and sleeping space. Would highly recommend staying at Troy and Stacy's house if you find yourself in Dubuque and want a great, central location to do some exploring!

The owners were quick to respond, although we didn't have any issues (but we did check in related to our arrival and departure). My family appreciated the variety of kid friendly toys and games that were easily available.

A family weekend away!
The owners of the property allowed us to bring our dogs, which is a huge deal to us. We are so blessed we found a place that was clean, big enough, updated and even had a fenced in yard. The location is perfect walking distance for small business, tons of restaurants and bars. We liked how there were multiple bathrooms, main floor laundry, smart tv, a dishwasher and games there to play. I highly recommend this property!

It was very clean and cozy and well appointed. It even had a small fenced in back yard. The beds were comfortable. My dad loved the main floor shower. Good parking off the street. Plenty of room. We would definitely stay again.

Great location!
We loved the details the owners put into this place. From the dog treats to the box of wood for the firepit…everything was well thought out. It’s a short walk to the farmers market, restaurants and bars too! We had a great stay! Thank you.
