Walk to Duddo Stone Circle. The stone circle comes into view on the left horizon providing a feeling of expectation that builds over the walk. When you eventually arrive at the five stones 1498161 they certainly are no let down, both in appearance and location.

Duddo Five Stone Circle. A bronze age stone circle, 4000 years old with a cremation pit at its centre. The stones are naturally shaped but have been narrowed and smoothed at the bases. Local names are 'The Women' and 'The Singing Stones'. The circle stands in the middle of a field that is in use.
