"Die großen Zeiten dieses früher schönen Hotels sind vorbei. Restaurant geschlossen, Wellnessbereich wsl. auch. Statt Frühstücksbüffet wurde am Tisch serviert. Wir waren allerdings die einzigen 2 Gäste - und das an einem Wochenende mit bestem Ausflugswetter. Positiv sind die Ruhe und der freundliche Herr bei dem wir ein- und ausgecheckt haben und der uns das Frühstück serviert hat. "We had booked a room at the hotel, but it turned out the room was located in a separate 4 room cottage down a trail where we had to drive by car. We did not feel comfortable there, and room was relatively expensive. Therefore we drove back to the reception to ask for a room at the main hotel. In the reception they claimed that we had booked a room in the cottage. But no cottages were shown at booking by pictures or in writing, nor in our confirmation. "The property refused to acknowledge our booking.They weren't prepared to accept our confirmation email that we had booked and paid for our room and breakfast. They actually locked us out whilst we were contacting our booking agent for help. "
