Large house totally detached, in peaceful countryside setting, about 30 km from Lyon and 6 km from St Martin en Haut, a lively village in the Monts du Lyonnais area. It has 6 bedrooms, an enclosed garden and a private swimming-pool. On the 1st level (step-free access) : large living room (dining area, lounge area, open equipped kitchen area). Hall. 4 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double bed in each, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). Bathroom (bath + shower + double washbasin). Separate Wc. Storage room. On the lower floor (step-free access from outside) : large playroom (pool table, shuffleboard). 2 blind bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed wooden cot, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). Shower room (shower, double washbasin, indoor bike, elliptical cross trainer). Wc (with hand basin). Laundry room (washing machine). Storage room leading to the garage (the garage doesn't enable to park vehicles). Household linen supplied. Bed linen supplied at extra cost (10 euros for a double bed, 7 euros for a single bed). Towels not supplied. Final cleaning included in rent. Outdoors : 3 terraces (1 is covered and has garden furniture), large enclosed garden with grassy play area (swings), boules court, courtyard, covered and heated swimming-pool (9.3 m x 4 m x depth 1.4 m) available from May 15th to September 30th. Stone-built barbecue (charcoal). Parking on the property. Lac du Ronzey (in Yzeron) & Mini train des Monts du Lyonnais 7 km away, Salva Terra (Medieval leisure park) 16 km, Zoo of Courzieu (raptors & wolves) 17 km.
