Nestled in Virginia's scenic landscape, Duffield invites visitors to ride a chairlift down to the impressive limestone cave at Natural Tunnel State Park. Adventurous travelers can hike to Devil's Bathtub, where emerald pools and natural rock slides create one of the region's most rewarding swimming holes.
This is a very nice lodging, It delivers above expectations at its price point. Clean, comfy, nice new wall mounted TVs, AC works great. Wi-Fi is good. One thing that sets them apart is that pets stay free. No hassle or extra expense for traveling with my boy. In some situations having a pet can become costly. Not a consideration here.
Great value for a fine room.

Easy on off from US-23, there were a few places to eat at. The Huddle House was also right next door breakfast was hot and good with good coffee. Beds were comfortable, room was very clean and well maintained and a very save spot, only one issue, there were not many electrical plugs and no USB ports. Don't let those small issues keep you away, this is a great place to stop.

A Great Easy Location to get to & from to all of the eating establishments & attractions in the area.
Upon check in, I was greeted warmly by a wonderful staffer, she made me feel welcome & offered any assistance during my Stay; later she gave me Fabulous Directions to the Conference I was attending + gave me a tasty menu recommendation when she gave me additional driving directions to meet friends for Dinner; she also directed me to the Airport the evening before I checked out. The same price as national chains in the area but you get character, charm and great service. I had a fireplace in the room, original hardwood flooring in great shape; no chain can compare. Then, a friendly bar/restaurant on the main floor that the locals patronize almost had me singing the song from "Cheers".....where everybody knows your name.....

Kingsport TN Motel 6 is very clean. First time staying at this motel but second time staying in Kingsport. First time was at Red Roof. I can say that next time I’m in Kingsport I’ll be staying at this Motel 6. The room was very clean. The floors were clean and mopped and free of any dirt or debris, the towels and bed were clean. The parking spaces got a little scarce the later the day went but it seemed guests could park next door in the Arby's parking lot or the closed down restaurant. There’s...

I travel a lot. The price I paid was a good value. The front desk person David was amazingly helpful and personable. He presented himself as a friend and I felt like he was a friend. I will stay there again when I am in that area.

My friend and I spent a night here recently on our way to see the solar eclipse in North Carolina. We arrived late (around 11), but were greeted courteously and welcomed to Tennessee. Our room was big, clean and had beautiful flooring (no carpet).
My one complaint would be about the bathroom. There was no fan to remove the moisture while taking a shower which also made the bathroom very warm (to the point of stuffiness) after getting out. Also, the size of the bathroom was a little small. ...
