*The ground floor (pool level) has an open-plan living area (45sqm) that includes a stylish and fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities a modern guest needs for a comfortable stay, a spacious dining area for 8 pax filled with natural light; a very comfortable living room and with a direct approach to the sun deck area, fully air-conditioned. Large glass walls connect the villa’s interior with the exterior so you are directly connected to the sunbathing area for maximum relaxation and enjoying the Mediterranean climate. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.
* The lower ground floor is approachable with an indoor staircase and offers a Media room with a sofa, PlayStation 4, a TV, and some games for more fun. Next to it is a relaxing zone with a Finnish sauna, a shower, and two relaxing sofas. There is a separate room with a washing machine, a dryer, and ironing amenities.
