The modern and bright apartment is completely renovated and newly furnished, with everything needed:
modern bathroom with large shower, fitted kitchen with bar, large living room with Schlafchouch, seperated sleeping area with double bed (160 x 200), hallway with furnished workplace, large balcony overlooking the well-kept green area.
It is located in a central and very green location in a quiet apartment building in Alt-Homberg.
Fenced parking + underground parking. Very good connection to the motorways A 40, A 57, as well as to the public transport. All shops for daily needs nearby.
There are many cycle paths along the Rhine, several lakes and many parks nearby.
Minimum rental period: 2 nights

Obwohl sich die Wohnung in einem großen Gebäudekomplex befindet ist es ausgesprochen ruhig. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen

Die Wohnung ist sauber, Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Die Gastgeber sind nett, wohnen in der Nähe und bemüht zu helfen. Man sollte allerdings Spiegel mögen, die sind irgendwie überrepräsentiert. Etwas schwierig nach einem Festmahl... ;-) Ein Minuspunkt war, dass wir mit Rolli kamem und vor der Haustür doch eine hohe Treppe ist. Da muss man vorher nachfragen ob es inzwischen eine Rampe gibt. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die FeWo ist verkehrstechnisch (öffentl. / Auto) sehr gut erreichbar und liegt auf der ruhigen Seite des Hauses.

Vorzufinden ist eine schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung mit einer netten Vermieterin mit guter Kommunikation und einfachem CheckIn. Bei der Buchung sollte man beachten, dass zwischen Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer keine Tür ist. Optimal, auch im Hinblick auf Sitzmöglichkeiten und etc., ist eine Nutzung der Wohnung mit zwei Personen. Ansonsten wird es schnell eng. Ansonsten ist alles sehr gut.

Ich habe mich hier rundum wohl gefühlt, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und der eigene Parkplatz rundet die Sache vollends ab. Die Wohnung ist bis in die Details modern und liebevoll gestaltet und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Ich komme gerne wieder.
