"I was in some tower with 3 elevators in a triangle. It was visually disorienting and confusing every time. The rooms are tiny, weirdly shaped, but cozy. Walls are thin, you will probably hear your neighbors. Seemed understaffed, since I was there for Shaky Knees and they knew they were going to be slammed. The restaurant was blah and no one called or notified me my food was ready when I ordered through the QR room service app. When I got it, it was cold. Parking was a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and just reserve a spot somewhere else. The valets were basically useless. Positives: good location, clean."

"Well, it was good for the price. What I didn’t like was that they only clean your room if you stayed for 4 days or more, they will clean the day #4. Whatever you need, you have to go and pick it yourself from the frontdesk."
