Located overlooking Duluth's busy harbor, Suite Betty is located near all of Duluth's main attractions. Apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and bathroom with 2 sink vanity and handicapped shower. Apartment is also equipped with it's own full size washer and dryer. Bedroom has a queen-sized bed. Fold down queen sized sofa bed in the living room can sleep an additional 2 people. Free WiFi and Cable TV included. There is a Smart TV in the bedroom for streaming your favorite shows. Located on a cul de sac, the house is steps away from the Duluth Hiking Trail and Biking Trail and 5 minutes from downtown Duluth and Canal Park, 1/2 mile from the Heritage Hockey Center and 10 minutes from Spirit Mountain. Paved off-street parking is provided.

The property also has much green space with several seating areas, a BBQ grill, a firepit and a swing set. Yard games are also available upon request.

Please note that our property is licensed and inspected annually by the Minnesota Department of Health and the City of Duluth Fire & Safety Department . We use cleaning and disinfectant products and guidelines recommended by the CDC. The apartment is completely self contained and has it’s own private entrance and heating, cooling and ventilation system. We have contactless check in and check out.

Suite Betty is the perfect home away from home as you explore Duluth and the Scenic North Shore.

Stay during Grandma's Marathon

A wonderful find

What a lovely little gem to have found in Duluth. The rental is tucked away up the hill, with beautiful surroundings, and a great view, while also being close to many attractions. Everything was so incredibly clean and inviting, and the hosts were wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay, and will return in the future.

What a Gem!

We have been visiting Duluth for several years. Suite Betty is one of the best places we have stayed. I almost hate to give it high praise because I want it to be kept a secret. It is super clean, cozy, comfortable and well priced. The property has a huge wooded yard with a bluff as a backdrop. The neighborhood is very quiet and the kitchen is well appointed.

Great apartment with a view

This was a very cute apartment attached to the main property not too far from downtown with a beautiful view! The Queen bed was very comfortable, amd the pull-out couch is great to accommodate extra guests or kids. The dual vanity separated from the toilet/shower made getting ready easy, and the full kitchen would be great for longer stays too. Getting in/out was a breeze with a keyless touchpad, and Bill/Pat made the stay really pleasant amd convenient.

Bill and Pat met us upon check-in and made us feel very welcomed. They made sure we were able to access the apt via door code. Bill pointed out the tower at Enger Park (you can see it from their place) and wow, what an amazing view! It was definitely a highlight of our visit to Duluth. The apt was clean and had everything we needed, bed and futon were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

This was a nice property to stay at and use as a jumping off point for hiking and biking in the Duluth area. Mosquitoes and rain kept us away from the outdoor fire pit, but it looked nice. Kitchen was very well appointed. Unlike other rental properties that provide secondhand cookware, dishes, and utensils, everything here looked new and in very good condition. Bill and Pat greeted me on arrival. It was nice to know they were nearby in case I had any questions.

Fall Trip to Duluth

Suite Betty is a wonderful place to stay! All the comforts of home were there including a fully stocked kitchen complete with options for the Keurig, creamer in the fridge, spices and all the cookware needed. The bed was comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. The view from the bedroom was beautiful! The suite was very clean and check in was a breeze! Communication with the hosts was easy with very quick response times. The location was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to great restaurants and hiking. We appreciated the in-person welcome from the hosts, the fresh flowers and chocolates. The hosts really went the extra mile! We look forward to returning to Suite Betty! Thank you Bill and Pat!

Perfect property!

This was the most pleasant and perfect lodging experience! Bill and Pat were quick to respond to questions before our arrival, and were excellent hosts. They greeted us upon arrival, and made us feel most welcomed. We loved the personal touches….chocolate, fresh flowers and an anniversary card…thank you! ❤️. Property is meticulously clean and tidy, bed is very comfortable, the bathroom amenities and towels provided were top notch and we appreciated the yummy Keurig coffees that were provided. Although we did not cook ourselves this trip, the kitchen was fully stocked and we sure could have. We did not take advantage of the grill and fire pit sitting area, but it looked like a lovely space. We will definitely stay here our next trip to Duluth. Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Suite Betty gets five stars

We loved Suite Betty. The space has its own entry with a mudroom, and the suite itself is possibly one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. The kitchen has a good selection of cookware, gas stove, and full-sized refrigerator, all sparkling clean. The queen-sized bed is cozy with a not-too-firm, not-too-soft mattress, and the bedroom windows look over the city. Water pressure in the shower is great. Two sinks in the bathroom are a nice feature for a couple staying there, and the full-sized washer & dryer are also nice to have. The house is easy walking distance to the Superior Hiking Trail - a four-mile round trip to Enger Tower; almost a three-mile round trip to Haines Road in the other direction. There's also close access to a huge network of mountain bike trails. Duluth's Best Bread store is just down the hill, and just a little further on are Corktown Deli and the Duluth Grill, both excellent places to eat. Everything about Suite Betty exceeded our expectations. And Bill & Pat are so nice and available to answer any questions you might have.

Bill and Pat were amazing hosts. We celebrated our anniversary. They had a welcome sign near the door and even gave us an anniversary card! That was so kind and thoughtful! We stayed at the lovely Suite Betty for the third time, and as always, we were so pleased! Pat and Bill are wonderful hosts, and their property is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. They even arranged an extra seating area for us on the porch, as they remembered we’ve enjoyed spending mornings there. This is a gem of a place!

Beautiful view and lovely place

Our stay was wonderful! Pat welcomed us personally as we arrived. The place was very clean, welcoming, and cosy. The view from the bedroom at Lake Superior was so beautiful! Bill and Pat were easy to communicate with and even were kind enough to extend our check-out time. If we ever need to book a place here again, we will definitely return to Suite Betty!

Welcoming space

A wonderful spot for our family to stay for a week. Great kitchen for cooking and preparing food. A wonderful view to wake up to. Thoughtful and attentive hosts who made sure we were welcomed and equipped for our stay. What a blessing to find this spot.
