Centrally located near ski attractions, boat rentals, kayak rentals, pontoon, airplane & helicopter rides, fishing charters, the historic train museum and so much more! This 4 bdrm, 3.5 bath home sits on a large lot, 5 steps Lake Superior 7-Mile Beach. (The Longest Beach in Minnesota!) Full kitchen remodel with all new cabinets, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating area, all new flooring throughout the house, New Furnishings & decor.
SUPER CLEAN! We have amazing Cleaners who dis-infect all hard surfaces every cleaning. They wipe down switch plates, stair railings, and other surfaces others might miss.
They use Melaleuca Cleaning Products, that are green & Eco-friendly cleaning products that contain NO harmful chemicals! Sol-U-Guard, Melaleuca's disinfectant, has been proven to kill thousand of viruses & bacteria upon contact!
