Minnesota Point Beach House 5 is located on Park Point which is surrounded by the pristine waters of Lake Superior. This property is one city block from the public access to 6 miles of sandy beach on Lake Superior. It is only 4 blocks from the Aerial Lift Bridge and all that Canal Park has to offer.

Two bedroom, One bath.

Our house comfortably sleeps 4-5 people. The front bedroom has a bunkbed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on top. The back bedroom has a queen bed.

The bathroom has a full shower and tub.

We provide free Wi-fi. Our living room has comfy seating for 4, an electric fireplace, and a TV with DVD player.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including dishwasher) and is fully-supplied with all the cooking pots, pans, utensils you'll need to have a wonderful home cooked meal away from home!

Great value for house just a few minutes walk from the Lift Bridge, Canal Park, and Lake Superior beach. Has all the essentials - nothing fancy but entirely comfortable.

Lovely home

Such a sweet little bungalow! Everything you would need is provided, and the location is perfect. My boys loved the short walk to the beach and the aerial lift bridge. Great place to relax with a nice front porch with windows.

Quaint little home.

Very clean and homey. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only difficulty was trying to back out of driveway as it was hard to see traffic coming from around the curve. Would highly recommend this place to others though.

We planned a trip with our little family for the Duluth air show . Walking around was easy and the beach was the boys favorite . Sat for hours . We will Definitely, come back for another Duluth stay !!

Cleanest rental ever!

Stayed Fri - Wed. My daughters family stayed across the street, which was lake front. Her house also impeccably clean! But to be beachfront directly on the sand with no fence blocking the view - heaven! It's what people want when staying lakefront!

Great Weekend Getaway Spot!

House was clean and well stocked. It was surprisingly roomy and the layout was great for our small family. Very fun to be so close to an amazing beach and to walk down to the lift bridge and Canal Park. Host was very helpful and communicative. House had all paper products, kitchen supplies and bedding.

Five day stay in Duluth for Dance Convention

The house is in a great location which made it easy to walk to Canal Park. It is also across the street from Park Point Beach which is beautiful for strolls along the shore of Lake Superior. The Blue House is clean and tidy and exactly as described. My Granddaughter loves the top bunk and the kitchen is well stocked.

Adorable house in great location.

Cute place. Nicely appointed. Super easy check-in and great communication from our hosts. Quick walk to beach access and easy stroll to Canal Park area. Loved everything about it except the mattress in the primary bedroom, which sagged enough to make it uncomfortable.

This property was all around perfect. It really was a home away from home. My fiancé and I really enjoyed how easy it was to walk to canal park to watch the ships come in and enjoy all of shops and restaurants canal park has to offer. Would highly recommended booking for your stay in Duluth

Perfect place for our family of four

This was our third time staying at the little blue house and we love it. Has everything we need for a week's stay. Great location: close to the beach and a short walk to the lift bridge/canal park area. Door auto locks at the porch so your things even out there are secure. Nice bunkbeds, upgraded internet, smart tv, laundry, friendly/helpful homeowners, highly recommend!

National Dance Competition Week

The blue house is exactly how it presents online. It is conveniently located on Park Point with a fabulous beach just steps away. A quick walk to Canal Park with up close access to the lift bridge. We enjoyed our mornings in the sunny front porch. Kitchen is well stocked and home very clean and comfortable. My granddaughter loved sleeping on the top bunk!!

Nice Location!!

You can walk to Canal Park and take in Grandma’s, all the shops, restaurants, start the Lake Walk, walk to the lighthouse. 12th Street Beach I considered the best secret about this rental. Go relax on the beach and has portapotties. There were a few items in the pantry for cooking; spices, plastic wrap to cover unused portions, plastic containers to hold leftovers. Private parking. Heather is a great host! We enjoyed our stay. Slept good after long days of visiting and day trips. Nice screened in porch that I wish that I had several more days to enjoy.
