Great communications - issue with bedding was resolved quickly. Clear instructions for accessing the property. Cons: No paper towel or dishtowels for the kitchen so it was drip dry only. Only 1 hand towel was provided for the bathroom and 4 towels for the shower which can be a challenge for 5 people. Also, no hotwater for the shower sonwe gave...

Also, on our second night some people were having what sounded like a party outside our door. There was rubbish everywhere when we left the morning after. I would still recommend it for location, price, and simplicity of check in. "
