"The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Hotel is ideally situated for the Hydro and a walkable distant to shopping, dinning and art galleries. Would definitely stay again and will be recommendeding to family and friends."
"Extremely helpful staff throughout the hotel. Great location if travelling to/from bus station-not far from rail stations but both stations involve uphill walks from station to hotel. Decor getting a bit shabby in rooms but lounge area still great. I’ve stayed many times over the last 5 years."
