"The hotel and room were cleaned to a very high standard. The rooms are on the small side but well fitted out. You have an I pad in the room to close blinds, curtains and control the lights - this works well. The I pad also controls the television - this does not work so well. No glasses in the room for water - available 2 floors down in the bar/restaurant - not helpful when in PJ's cleaning teeth. A heads up from the staff would have been helpful Very comfortable bed and bedding - would stay again"

"Recently refurbished to a very high standard. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. The shower and bathroom is well stocked with toiletries and the lighting is great with low lights activated by movements during the night. An excellent addition. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is well placed in the centre of the city on the doorstep of shops and bars/restaurants so this is ideal for visitors to the city."

"Great location near Queen St station. Room had everything you need, great shower and full Sky TV channels. They look after your bags at check in and checkout. Good city maps available at reception. 5 stars from me."

"Generally satisfied with my stay. Room was clean but lacked basic amenity such a water. A complimentary water bottle would’ve been nice. Breakfast was good and even had a pancake station. Staff were friendly."
