"Great location; fair accommodations; pretty good breakfast buffet. However, awful noise all night long from the" Carbon" disco-restaurant across the street - there should be clear urban planning rules prohibiting such noise in residential areas, in proximity to hotels etc.! Unacceptable conditions for a city with international standards."
