"We rented the place for a family members graduation nearby and had a great time. Everything worked in the house and our group had plenty of space. Our two dogs came with us and they really enjoyed the backyard. The backyard patio area was very cool but unfortunately there were a lot of mosquitoes and pollen out. "We took a quick spring break with our teens to visit DC. Thise home was beautifully kept, and more than what it mentioned. We went for morning walks with our dogs with no concerns. Despite it being street parking, we always parked in front with no issues finding a spot. The neighborhood felt safe at all times and the neighbors were all friendly. "Specious home to enjoy time with family. 25 min form Fredericksburg VA and 1.25 hours from DC. Check out the marines museum which is free and 20 minutes away. "

"We stayed here as an entry point into D.C. Shari is a fantastic host who is very responsive to inquiries. Their cozy home is in a very pleasant neighborhood with good access to the Metro. Aside from all that D.C. has to offer, Old Town Alexandria is worth your time also. Will definitely return if another D.C. visit is in our future. "
