"Staff were super friendly. Location was great for our needs. The room was a bit higgledy piggledy. Didn't like the sink not being in the bathroom or the bed being so close to the window with one side not having a bedside light or table. Liked the wee touches in the room and would probably stay again but in a different room x"

"Nice hotel. Ideally placed for Hydro events, with direct access from the car park. Front desk staff were excellent. The room was well equipped and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed. Air conditioning made a hell of a racket when turned up, and one half of the toilet flush didn't work, so a bit more attention to maintenance wouldn't go amiss. The only issue that drags the hotel down was the lack of bar staff and their lacadasical approach to customer service. The place was very busy, but some of the staff worked at a snail's pace and showed little interest in serving customers in the, very long, queue."

"I really enjoyed my stay! We had a delicious lunch, used the gym and the pool, both of which were well equipped! The staff are all lovely and can’t do enough to help you. I’ve stayed in more expensive hotels that were as good! We will be back x"
