"This hotel has been sold and the staff just do not care. Liars, and they stole from oursuitcase Where do I start! The guy on the desk that looks like the robot in pasenger movie, booked two of us in to a single room, where we struggled. We were told he was told he shouldn't have done.that There may be a sense of racism there. RESTAURANT He also said they have events every night so we can not have evening meals here. Except for the 1st night there were no other events. They just were not opening the restaurant. The breakfast was ridiculous, it is not 5 star. Please see pics. They would only ever put out items for 5 or 6 people and you were always asking them for more juice, or more milk. SPA The Spa facilities were closed. We were never alerted of this. They say its being repaired but in fact they aren't doing anything because it's been sold. AC There was no AC in the hotel. The robot stated that they tried to fix it that day but couldn't and they will try tomorrow but we didn't see no workmen. Another staff member said they were coming on Monday, again nothing. It looks like they are cutting back and not bothering with anything. Our room was at 30c, the robot advise was to leave the room door open to allow air to circulate! The robot advised we open a window, the windows are meant to be electronic but that was not working either so we had to push and pull it to close it. It has no handle. The staff working during the night make so much noise and smoke that"
