This hotel was in the best location in the city and was right next to the river and bridge. The amenities and room was great. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel and staff were great. We traveled with my daughter and dog, which alone can be hectic but the hotel was accommodating. We came on a weekend trip and the hotel even gave us a few extra hours to keep our bags and items in the room, while we went to the Budapest zoo nearby. Everything about this hotel was WONDERFUL! I chose it based on the decor and it exceeded expectations. Every detail was intentional and the layering of patterns and textures spoke to the culture and traditions of the region. Location! Walking distance to everything. We were 5 and had the most beautiful penthouse, 3 comfortable bedrooms with a fabulous balcony, great view of the city. Wonderfull staff. So helpful, we check out before our flight and they have a locker room special for the luggage. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel. Clean and nice location. Reception staff were wonderful but many of the staff in restaurant lounge and buffet were rude and short; almost annoyed you were bothering them. This hotel is a classic Hungarian style hotel. From the very first moment the staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, well thought out and had all the basic amenities available. The spa was everything we expected and was a very healthy addition to our stay. This place is awesome, the hotel is beautiful and their breakfast is incredible! My husband and I looked forward to breakfast every morning. When I left the hotel in a rush; I realized I lost my ipad at the airport, I called the hotel, they found my ipad in the room and had it shipped to me. The room is very clean , and staff is amzing

Very nicely remodeled building. Breakfast space was very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great. Rooms were large and bathrooms were exceptional. Only negative comment was the pool/spa area didn't offer much seating or hooks for towels and robes. The floor in the spa area is also very slippery. And there is a sauna but no steam room.
