"The reason that I first booked this hotel was because it had free parking included which I feel is quite rare to come by in a city and ideal than with it being just off Lisburn Rd. The hotel itself is lovely and the rooms gorgeous! The rooms are all a v.good size and are equipped with latest and top of the range facilities, including the all important (good quality) biscuits and Rituals bath and body products. Most importantly, the hotel has a very relaxed and calming atmosphere which is helped by the fabulous staff! A special thank you to both Anna and Becky on reception who consistently went above and beyond and doing so not just for me but other hotel guests which was incredibly refreshing to me."

"Staff were very friendly and incredibly accommodating. Novelli restaurant was great for buffet breakfast and dinner was excellent. Location on the river was outstanding. Would definitely recommend."
