We were pleasantly surprised with this property. The downtown area is wonderful, lots of unique shops. The staff were very helpful and the check-in was very easy. I’m very happy I chose this hotel.

Tru by Hilton Concord was one of the nicest hotels (motels) I've ever stayed in. It's a very modern, sleek place. Nothing seems dated. The woman who checked me in was one of the nicest, friendliest hotel staff members I've ever met in my life. The room had very ample, modern lighting. We spent the second night of our driving trip to Newfoundland at this hotel, and if you love minor league baseball as much as my family and I do, this is a wonderful place to be. It is a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for, and we decided to splurge and get a room overlooking the ball park. You don't even need to buy a ticket to the game (although we did), no matter where your room is, though, because there is a patio deck with food and drink service overlooking left field. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. Loved the good water pressure in the shower, which is rare in most hotels. Would absolutely stay here again.

Super friendly staff, really big nice room. Clean, but found an old bag of rotten Funyuns in the closet as we did a check out sweep. So that’s my only real complaint. We’d stay again!
