"I didn’t have high hopes for this guest house as it was the cheapest available on the night I needed. I was very pleasantly surprised, friendly welcome, clean room and a week cooked tasty breakfast. If I was being really picky the mattress creaked a lot and the pillow was lumpy but for the money this was very good indeed. "

"Have heard nlt so good things about this hotel in the past but this is the first time I have stayed. It has new owners and well I must say they are turning it around. The price was very competitive and this included breakfast which was very good. The room was a little dated but was very clean, the bathroom is brand new and very clean and modern. The staff were very friendly. We didnt eat apart from breakfast so cant comment on the resteraunt other than the breakfast. We would stay again, also...

"Owner is very attentive. I arrived early and was welcome and showed to my room. It is very conveniently located to Stirling castle,downtown, shopping and dining. They have an excellent restaurant, unfortunately was closed during my stay. I was traveling by myself and I feel very safe during my stay. Breakfast had an excellent variety. I ordered the Scottish breakfast,was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend this cute B&B. "

"Great people, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the shower was terrible. Being a mix of hotel amd Indian restaurant our room constantly smelt of the food which was not good. If they had better extraction from the kitchen this may not have been the case. When leaving there was no key drop box so spent a while trying to find a safe space to leave key. Good one night stay hotel in my opinion. "

"Mr. Richard is a most wonderful host!!! I cannot even begin to explain each of the amazing things he did for my granny and I when we were staying at his lovely Bed & Breakfast! He is so thoughtful and intentional with the way he sets up the rooms, with any needs you might have during your stay there. He’s so friendly & literally reachable in minutes if things don’t go quite right in any aspect of your trip. "We thought we were booking into an Inn with facilities but its a complex of Lodges which are being constructed and a building site. There was no superior room, we were in a Lodge away from the main building as that has just been hanged into rooms with a few tables and chairs in the kitchen for breakfast.. The restaurant hasn't been built yet awaiting planning permission. This is not what we booked on our Anniversary Trip through Scotland - very disappointing We nearly fell over the raised...
