"My wife and I were looking forward to a romantic night away, we'd booked the room months in advance and we had driven over a hundred miles of our 150 mile journey to get there when the hotel rang us to say that they'd given our room to someone else!!! However they were willing to pay for a B&B for us... Needless to say we turned around and made the trip back home again. This is a terrible way to treat customers, and I would definitely not risk making another booking at this hotel."

Luxury Seaside Cottage, Stunning Ocean Views, Waterville, Ring of Kerry
10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I were traveling with our daughter and son-in-law and only stayed only one night due to availability! The location is situated over the Atlantic with pretty views and sheep and goats just down the hill! Its location is close to Cahersiveen, Waterville and Derrynane! The cottage was well equipped! The beds were very comfortable and plenty of living space for all to enjoy! It was raining when we arrived and there was a load of wet laundry in the wash! Didn’t see a dryer so tried to dry that the best we could! With wet weather a dryer would be a great addition!Overall, a wonderful, relaxing place to stay. Would recommend more than one night!"
Luxury House on Seafront, with Pool, Sauna, Jacuzzi and Woodlands
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent location, lovely house. Close to a pretty town. A rocky beach a brief stroll away. A charming sauna. Dog-friendly. Can't fault it at all. We had great weather too!"
"Absolutely beautiful hotel. I stayed at this hotel when it was the East End hotel as a child but it's totally different now. They rebuilt the whole thing including a swimming pool below.
The staff were amazing, spotless spacious rooms, great location, amazing breakfast freshly cooked to order, wish we could have stayed longer. I have family around Schull so we will be back. "
"My wife and I stayed for 7 days. 10/10- would recommend to a friend- will be back! Our hosts, Trish & Chris, were absolutely stellar. They are both kind, friendly, knowledgeable, salt of the Earth people, and excellent cooks! The breakfasts were customized to our needs and desires and were scrumptious! The setting is divine- so quiet, surrounded by nature, and truly beautiful. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There was, however, no in-room mini fridge! Having travelled extensively across 5 continents, this was the first time I had experienced this omission in a hotel or B&B. We bought a cooler in town, and ice to keep our drinks cold. The beds are quite new. They are very firm, which is ideal for back-and-tummy sleepers. If you are a side sleeper, you may want to order a memory foam mattress topper Amazon delivery in advance, or be creative with pillows to ensure proper spinal alignment. Or just plan for an extra 10 minutes in your morning routine to do some yoga and stretching. Also, be aware that not all rooms have a bath tub, so if you are the type of person who likes a nice soak in a warm tub after a long day of flying/driving, be sure to request a room with a bathtub in advance. Our shower was lovely though and the water pressure is good and strong. In Ireland and the UK, it is unusual for lodgings to supply facecloths (aka flannels). Pack your own, or you can pick one up at a shop in town. Sneem has many shops and several dining options. Kerry is stunning! Do go!"
