"This was a bait and switch in my opinion. The pictures and the reviews were decent. However the hotel was very dated but renovated for at least the last 30 years. Run down and in poor condition. Very loud the people upstairs we could hear every step they would take. The bed was in such a bad shape that it rolled me across the bed to the worn out spot all night. The floors baseboards counter tops and bathroom where all worn out It was a very poor experience"

"Checkin was very straightforward. Room was air conditioned, had a mini fridge and microwave, which were both useful. Smelled like cigarettes, especially in the bathroom. Floors were dirty, especially under the bed there was a lot of debris (mostly food) Overall a good room for what I needed but the cleanliness had room for improvement"

"Best hotel in Cow Bay. Super location on the water overlooking the marina, and easy walk to everything (note, restaurants close early). The recent renovation is decent, albeit with some curious design choices (dining chairs, table legs get in way to use, exhaust hood removed from kitchenettes, etc.). TV is hilariously small, and limited access / programs (for this day and age). Portable AC now added which is a thankful relief, but noisy. "I was so pleasantly surprised by the room. I was expecting it to be comfortable but a little run down. It was certainly comfortable, but also modern and spotless. The location could not have been better and my expectations were surpassed in every way. Michael deserves a shout out for being a friendly, helpful, face. Highly recommended for great value and great stay."
