When you booking the room, keep in mind that you will get what you paid for! For the purpose of having a bed and shower, this is the most affordable hotel in the area, and it did exactly that. Easy check in and out. We stayed as a family with a toddler and there was plenty of space to rest. Location is very good to get to a lot of good destinations and right on a highway, If I had too, I would book again,

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable! The room was old, but properly maintained. The facility was quiet even though it was along a busy highway. It was nice that the windows opened to allow fresh air inside.

We had a great stay for a few nights. The property was quiet and clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Our mattress was a bit worn and warped with age but for the price, the value was fine. We‘d likely stay here again.

Room was clean and adequate. TV did not work when we arrived but mgmt came promptly when I called to report it and got it working. Coffee only available from 7 am to 8(?) or 9(?)am instead of around the clock.

Really great old timey motel on the outskirts of Altoona. The kind of family owned and run place that used to be prevalent before the rise of the corporate hotel industry. The room decor may be a little dated and "throwback" but the place was spotless, the bed was super comfy, including super soft pillows, there's ample parking and really the whole experience was top notch. 10/10 recommended.

Our room was dated but clean. The beds were very comfortable as we had a very good night's sleep. Surprisingly quiet even though you're close to a road. There are plenty of eating places and shopping nearby. It's a very good price to pay when you're not spending a lot of time in a hotel. We will stay here again.

I booked this room last minute after driving all night and being unable to stay at the first hotel I booked due to cockroaches there. I called WYE and they let me check into my room early to shower and sleep. The owners are so kind and helpful, the facility is very clean and well-kept, and I will definitely be staying here again if I’m in the area!
