"We had a fantastic stay at Cindy and Will’s cottage! From the moment we booked, they were quick to answer all our questions—even before we arrived—which made planning so much easier.The cottage itself was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. We spent our days swimming in the lake and our nights playing games on the deck under the stars. The lake access is excellent, especially if you're bringing a boat—it made getting out on the water super convenient.We truly couldn’t have asked for a better spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Highly recommend, and we’d love to come back!"

"Sparkling clean home with lovely lake views! Our family of 7 adults, 1 baby and 1 puppy had a great time at this property. We kayaked every day on the lake and enjoyed the gorgeous scenery. Property owner was gracious and responsive to questions. Area outside the home had more insect life this summer than I personally anticipated- glad we had bug spray!"

"Kimberly was a great and very responsive host. Everything went smoothly and all according to plan. The property was amazing, with great views down towards the lake. The lake was a perfect spot to hang out with plenty of activities; swim platform in the middle of the bay, kayaks and canoes but the best part was the sauna down by the water. This place is a gem of a cottage for large gatherings, we had 18 guys up. Thanks for the hospitality!! "

"The location is excellent. The cottage was rustic and charming but be prepared it is outdated. If you know that going in you will have a pleasant stay! I wouldn’t say that the beach access was super kid friendly but certainly enjoyable. The cottage itself could use some updates and could maybe be cleaned a bit better before a new guest arrives. Over all we had a great time there and the short 25 minute drive into Parry Sound for a sandy beach and tourist attractions was a nice bonus. The lake itself is beautiful and the water crafts available were a lot of fun! "

"The Quiet Bay Inn is a beautiful tranquil cabin where you can experience the local wildlife from the comfort of your cabin. Beautiful view of the lake and all of the essential amenities are available. Breakfast at the quite bay restaurant was AMAZING and the pricing was very reasonably. Would highly recommend!!! "

"We chose Erica's property for several reasons; a main one is that it allowed us to bring our two cats to stay with us, for which we're very grateful! The setting is even nicer than you can tell from the pictures: the driveway is off a quiet country road, and the property has trees and some wetland on each side, separating it from the neighbors. The furniture is comfortable and in good condition. The woodstove helped the living room feel extra cozy when it was cold and rainy out, and the grill worked well. We would have loved to use the very nice looking firepit and sit in the comfy Adirondack chairs on the dock, but the rain lasted all week. Not the owners' fault! The kitchen is very well supplied. Although the cottage has no wifi, we were able to get all of the data we needed to email, read the paper, and play games on our phones. We were concerned when we learned that the cottage has no drinking water, but it wasn't a problem at all. The water is fine for cooking, showers, washing, etc. For drinking, we used a 10-liter jug (purchased locally -- easy to get) with the cottage-supplied pump on top--just like getting water from the fridge at home. The nearest town has a small general store and a hiking trail in the woods. The nearest big town, with supermarkets and restaurants, is a half hour away. There's a trail along the sound, and Algonquin Park is about an hour away. Erica was very responsive and helpful in all communication. We would stay there again."
