  • Set in one of Broughty Ferry`s historic hillside neighbourhoods, this charming cottage enjoys sweeping views across the village, the River Tay, Broughty Castle, and Tentsmuir Forest in Fife. Broughty Ferry is a well loved seaside suburb near Dundee, with cafes, restaurants, shops, a sandy beach, and a picturesque harbour.

    The cottage is bright and welcoming, with an open lounge featuring large patio doors leading onto a balcony. There are two double bedrooms, each with comfortable beds and mirrored wardrobes.

    The private garden has a raised deck, outdoor seating and dining area, a summerhouse, and a barbecue. Please note the garden is not fully enclosed and includes some steep areas due to the hillside setting. Children and pets should be supervised at all times.
