We really liked the beds and the pillows were okay! The stay at the hotel was very nice . The breakfast was enjoyable. Food at nearby Chinese Sizzling Restaurant was very delicious! The stay at the hotel was overall great!!

The bed was wonderful! I slept almost 8 hours which doesn't happen very often. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay there again.

We normally stay at this property when traveling that area. This past stay was just as good or even better than prior stays. Exceptional service from dedicated staff. Clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space to stretch out. Will be back!!

The patio area was very noisy. We called front desk at 11:30 Pm. The hotel clerk said he would go out and ask them to quiet down. At 1:30Am. The noise was still unbearable so I went to front desk and clerk told me no one had complained. I don’t like getting lied to. I will never stay in this hotel again because of that

I had an excellent experience at this hotel after losing power at our home. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel and grounds. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay at a Hampton Inn again!

Hampton Inn - Dundee

The room was very clean and well put together. The was an exercise room and a pool. Since we only stayed one night we didn't get a chance to use them but they looked good. The breakfast was good with many selections, including waffles, oatmeal eggs sausage, bagels toast, fruit juice and coffee. We enjoyed our stay and would like to make a return visit. There were also many restaurants close by for dinner.

We stayed in room 126 . The coffee pot brews every 4 hours and make a loud noise. I didn’t sleep well and was up by 5 am because of how annoying the sound was to us.

Really nice hotel and staff!

This hotel was very clean and very new/modern. It had a sliding barn style door between the closet and bathroom, updated sink faucet a ton of outlets including those with USB ports, and was very spacious throughout. The bed and desk chair was very comfortable and the AC/Heating unit worked perfectly. Strong water pressure in the shower and sinks. No weird odors in the room or building. The outside areas were well maintained and indoor pool was very clean and warm. There is a lock on the pool so only guests with key cards can access, and the same goes for the guest laundry which was also clean and updated. Workout areas were nice too. The dining areas were clean and well stocked, and staff cleaned the tables between use and made light conversation with each guest. The area around the hotel offers a lot of dining, shopping and sightseeing too. The rate per night is very reasonable as well.

Good stay

This is a very clean hotel. Super clean. I very much appreciate that and will stay here again soon. My only suggestion would be to please get some 7-up or Sprite in the cooler, and the comforters are so hot! I had the AC set at 66 and still waking up. Sheet alone was not enough, but comforter was too much with the humidity. Next time we are bring our own blanket to use. In the winter though, I bet the comforter will be fine. I know how silly this little complaint sounds and many of you will be fine with warm comforters. Staff was super nice too.

Don't Stay Here

I thought the stay was very unorganized. They had trouble finding my reservation. The gentleman that I dealt with seemed like he was unconvinced to check me in. Also, the pillows and beds were AWFUL!! also everytime the A/C next on it made the LOUDEST banging noise for about 30 seconds straight. Which caused us to wake up every single time, on the chance that we actually feel asleep. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Check in needs to improve.We arrived after 11pm following a Michigan football game. The sole person on duty was upstairs assisting a guest, we called the hotel phone and he came down after 10 minutes. By that time, there were 10 people in line. How can you not fully staff the front desk on such a Saturday night? Anyone could have gotten in. He did a steller job once he got behind the desk. I felt bad for the man.
