It was a nice get away as the worker say they got so many housekeeper to clean all the room in the little bit of time till next check in room could have been alittle cleaner but besides that’s it was a fun get away

Staff was great. However it should of been mentioned during booking that the splash pad, dump bucket , the large slide, restaurant, bar, gift shop and arcade were not open. Very disappointing for the kids. However it was clean and we made the best of it.

I enjoy staying there, but it doesn't have a good reputation with the locals. Not sure why. I enjoy it. Beds are good. Great rate. If you've got kids the water park looks fun. The bar wasn't open either day. I think that needs to be addressed. Needs some good PR and maybe some updates. Otherwise I do recommend it.

Room was dirty . Nothing seemed like it was taken care of well. Water in the water park was clean but there was broken pieces we cut our toes on. Some stuff was not working like one of the main slides. The arcade was horrible and didn’t work . Don’t waste your money there

While the price was right and the bed comfortable, there is much to improve upon here. The bathtub did not drain when showering, leaving us standing in 4-6 inches of water. The curtains from outside were “shredded” and need of replacement. The hotel looks very tired. This is a no frills hotel, there isn’t even coffee in the lobby.

The room was very spacious and had everything that we needed except for a microwave. There was one in the lobby. I do wish that you could use a pool and a hot tub if you weren't using the water park. However for a hotel stay and not needing the water park it was a very nice room.

Aside from the front desk staff directly (Erica and Kay were wonderful), the General Manager, Sean, was extremely rude when discussing the facilities bed bug, flea and cockroach infestation. I addressed the issue with the desk and they had me move rooms only for me to find that not only were the beds in my initial room infested but the rest of the room as well since the bedbugs had spread to my luggage during my stay. The solution at this time the desk gave me was to use their commercial dryer to put my belongings in. When I requested to speak with the manager, he was avoiding the conversation and making excuses to speak with me. When he finally did make time for a 5 minute conversation after waiting for over 3 hours, his solution was to "put my bags outside in the sun" because their dryer would melt my bag. I am traveling for work and the reservation was booked through the event's project manager, Raquel, who spent all morning on and off the phone being avoided by Sean as well. She was told she would receive a callback to discuss a refund multiple times and after 4 hours of playing phone tag and being hung up on, Sean refused to speak with her and was heard behind the phone saying "I don't want to talk to her, tell her to email me" while being lied to saying Sean was in a meeting. Overall, this facility is dirty, unsafe and highly dangerous for families and visitors in the area. My crew ended up relocating due to the disrespect received over their insect problems. 0/10.

There was trash under the bed, some of the staff was nice. We went to the arcade over half the machines didn’t work. And just very under staff had to wait in a long line just to get checked in. Paid for the hotel but didn’t not come with water park pass so had to pay another 180 dollars on top of the room.
