"A central location and friendly staff were the cheer leaders of our stay. Unfortunately we found the room over furnished for the 17m2 available, barely room to unpack. The windows were painted shut, which for a small room was uncomfortable not to have fresh air. The lift did not go to our floor directly which meant a flight of 8 stairs with luggage to get to our tightly packed away room. A pretty hotel."

"The location is perfect. It is a short, picturesque drive from Dunedin's CBD, giving you easy access to the rest of the peninsular. The house is nestled amongst trees on a very large section, which adds to feeling that you have escaped the hustle and bustle of the outside world. The layout of the house is quirky and fun. The lounge is super comfortable and contains an extensive library of interesting books. I wish I had booked for longer."
