Perfect location for attending guneral at Hope and Sons less than a block away. The area is very familiar to me as I walked down Bayview Rd to Queens for 4years. The convenience of Bays Junction BP for a decent coffee,Woolworths for a snack, a brief walk for a lovely breakfast at Nicholls garden centre and easy access to bus routes.

I have a good stay at 555hotel Dunedin. It’s in the best location, as super market, Bp, and Japanese restaurant in walking distance. The accommodation is clean with all necessary required. The bed is comfortable. The bath room is also clean. The only little thing is the heat a bit loud. Everything else is fine.

Great motel price was amazing cheapest room ever found in Dunedin def stay again warm well appointed room clean comfortable big bed amazing water pressure great parking off st and secure carpark:quiet even tho on busy road great location BP servo across road and Woolworths recommend to stay here would try spa bath untit next we just had studio unit as booked out last minute decision A+
