Our Apartment rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, dining space, entertainment area, and outdoor area!

The first level includes a large foyer, master bedroom, open-plan, tiled shower room, and toilet (which can be closed off from the shower).

Upstairs, there is a full kitchen and dining area, outdoor entertainment space, and spacious living room where you will find x 2 pull-out sofa beds.

Our hotel is eco-friendly and health-conscious, run on solar power with a passive heating system and a constant flow of purified air, keeping you feeling fresh and at the perfect temperature!

Only 15 15-minute walk to Dunedin’s town centre or 2 2-minute drive to an array of shops and local cafes/eateries. The perfect spot to travel any direction from, just a stone’s throw away from the main highway.
