"What a wonderful experience. Our host Mitch was extremely welcoming and helpful. I totally recommend visiting the extras and experiences. We did the half day wine tour and it was an amazing time. We won't hesitate to recommend and will definitely be back."

"Beautiful views of both sunrise and sunset amongst the rocks and trees. Very nice accommodation and excellent bedding. Stay a couple days and don't forget to bring food for the bbq."

"A beautiful location, minutes from the town centre. Like an oasis, this property is tucked away off one of the main roads into town. Extensive gardens "

"The property presented as per the listing. It was clean, conveniently located and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and rooms were well appointed. It definitely had the regional town feel that we were hoping for and plenty of things to keep the kids entertained too. It was a lovely property. We did however have an issue with the cleaner attempting to enter the property multiple times before the checkout time, and while the host was apologetic, this absolutely put a dampener on the stay...

"It was so beautiful place to spend time except there were too many mosquitoes and bad fly screen otherwise it was so good. "

"Perfect location, lovely home was our 2nd stay there. One improvement would be a handrail to aid stepping into the bath."

"Very spacious and comfortable vintage house. Great heating in winter and the fireplace was fantastic. Easy check in process. Thank you!"

"My wife and I took a long weekend break and stayed in the Shawood Bottling Room. It was a wonderful stay. Nice high ceilings, good kitchen, parking, etc. Everything we were hoping for. We made our way up the paddock to watch the sunset each night, which was a great suggestion from the host. Not a critique, but I would have loved to have the option to purchase some local wine too. Mind you, we did shop ourselves at the various cellar doors. A great space and location to get away from it all."
