"We did not stay for our full stay as was very disappointed with this hotel. The pictures on the website do not match what the hotel is like. Wallpaper hanging off the wall, skylight that doesn't close properly, handrail falling off the wall, and no towels in my room. The lady did help us with our cases upon checking in which was nice as there was alot of stairs, the ones winding up to the attic were very steep, which when the handrail is loose is dangerous. "Quite dated in decor and furnishings, but all in keeping with the look and feel of an older country residence. Every interaction was a helpful, friendly one. Would return if I have reason to stay in the area again"
"A great place to stay only 10 minutes from railway station and a further 10 minute from town centre. All the staff friendly, helpful, welcoming and advising of walks, bar/restaurant. Around the corner of the B & B is a street with many small shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and mini markets."
"Fantastic apartment in a great location for visiting Chester. Parking is located a bit away from the property and can be a bit difficult to find but only a minor thing. Everything else was really good including the communications from the owner. Highly recommend. "
