Spa was really good… quite busy but nice. Rooms clean and very comfortable. The lift wasn’t working which didn’t affect us but maybe others. Service at breakfast was excellent and Dot is an asset to the hotel with her welcome, information and personality…. A lovely stay in a beautiful setting. 😁

Lovely hotel and surroundings, would happily visit again, especially got breakfast. The only let down is the gym is accessed via the pool, and overlooks the poolside which made for a not so relaxing swim with all the late teens coming and going. I think they must let non hotel guests use it aswell which let it down because of how loud they were jumping in and out the pool.

We booked for a long weekend in December and had a lovely break. The staff couldn’t be more helpful, from welcoming us at reception to chatting at breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was immaculate. We had dinner at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed the food, not to mention the attentive service. The hotel grounds are outstanding , with the River Tay running through. We will be back.

Hotel and the room were fine. The staff were friendly and welcoming. However the pool was closed and that was the main reason we booked for the kids. In addition, the food at dinner was extremely poor (in fact awful) and waiting 2 hours for the main course to arrive was unacceptable.

Better communication should be expected regarding swimming pool closure. Value for money of restaurant (for dinner) is questionable. Expensive and quality of food was variable across our dining group. Service slow and waiters were, at times, over familiar. We had booked dinner for both nights but cancelled second night and had a better dining experience in Dunkeld itself.

Had a lovely day with my daughter. The room was excellent. Even had a proper coffee pot machine there the swimming pool was extremely cold where the Jacuzzi was boiling hot. With pool being so cold it definitely made the experience less. Also, the hotel needs a repaint as there is lots of areas that need touching up. The food was excellent very helpful staff even though not explained where everything was we just had to hunt around the hotel. The grounds were absolutely breathtaking so it was a shame the pool wasn’t heated.

An amazing hotel - true hospitality from start to finish. Beautiful grounds with lots of wildlife to see and fantastic riverside path into Dunkeld, exceptional staff (every single member of staff friendly, helpful and made us feel at home) and immaculate facilities throughout. Beautiful open fires within the hotel and live piano music in the bar. Just wonderful. Special mention to Trudy the Spa Manager, David and Dot at breakfast service and Alison and Mark on reception - although all staff were superb. Thank you.
