"The property itself is a close drive to downtown DC. It's spacious, clean and had everything we needed. While we did not feel comfortable going for an evening stroll in the neighborhood, we felt very safe in the apartment and with street parking. The neighborhood has a rich history and definitely looks like an up-and-coming area."

"The interior of the apartment is nice and clean, however, the area is very unsafe, with drug dealing and police cars going on all night. People hung out all night right across the street, playing loud music and yelling, making it impossible to sleep through the night. There is no parking in the property so we had to park our car on the street right where all those people were partying"

"Our stay was better than I expected. The home was clean and user friendly. The second bed that was listed was actually a blow-up queen mattress but there was plenty of bedding for it. The property was in a nice area with plenty of easy parking on the street. The location gave easy access to the Metro station and downtown DC. The property manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly."
