Beaucoup de sens interdit, mais stationnement facile. Douche très glissante. Mais studio fonctionnel.

Lamentable
Lit : 1,2 m de large dur comme une paillasse de cellule. Armoire sentant le moisi, 4 cm de givre dans le frigidaire, pas même un fauteuil, équipement minimaliste en qualité, WC non fixé au sol, porte d’entrée du logement présentant un joint de +/- 1 cm (source de froid et de bruit), aucun mode d’emploi, micro-onde placé à 1,80 m de hauteur, pas de porte essuie, placard et vestiaire inexistant, … Environnement : quartier quelconque dont la seule qualité est la proximité de la plage totalement inaccessible à cause de travaux. Parkings difficile. Bref, dégoûté, nous avons écourté notre séjour et déconseillons fortement cet hébergement sauf à des Spartiates entraînés

Bon séjour avec un emplacement parfait.
Impossible de joindre par retour de mail le propriétaire et aucune d'indication pour l'ouverture de la boite à clé. Dommage pas assez de vaisselle pour cuisiner (pas de saladier pas d'essoreuse de salade pas de plat allant au four). Propreté de la salle de bain moyenne.

L'emplacement du studio correspondait à notre attente par contre nous avons dû balayer à notre arrivée car il y avait du sable sur le sol, le frigo n'est pas en très bon état. Sur les photos, on nous montre un canapé et un lit or c'est tout simplement un canapé-lit et un peu étroit.

Emplacement nickel, très proche de la digue (madame dans son dernier mois de grossesse, donc on apprécie), bonne communication avec le propriétaire, studio avec quelques détails qui pourraient encore être améliorés mais complet avec électroménager et literie comprise (même le sèche-cheveux) Dans l'ensemble bon petit midweek à Malo.

manque d'entretien !
Emplacement génial , mais pour le reste c'est autre chose. A notre arrivée une odeur d'humidité , le ménage de printemps n'a pas eu lieu depuis longtemps dans les armoires de la cuisine et surtout dans le tiroirs où se range les couverts.Le bouchon de l'évier ne correspond pas à l'orifice , il faut faire la vaisselle à l'eau courante. Dans le meuble de salle de bain, il y a eu une fuite et cela est reste en état ; Impossible de ranger du linge pour ma part et le toilette bouge ; il n'est pas fixé ; vous vous asseyez et la chasse d'eau se met en marche. Le linge de lit et les éponges étaient propres mais avec une odeur d'humidité pas agréable du tout Quel dommage !!!!!
