In the commune of Dunkerque, we offer this charming 100 m² house with swimming pool for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 travelers. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room with fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower and bath) and a 300 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV, featuring bay windows overlooking the vast garden surrounding the house.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: bedroom with single bed
- Bedroom 3: an extra bed
- A fully-equipped gym
- Bathroom with shower and bath

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron.

- A private above-ground swimming pool, solar-heated in summer (open from early July to late September, weather permitting).

- A 15 m² terrace with outdoor furniture.

The house is ideally located in Dunkirk, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot, which can accommodate up to 3 cars.
