"We can't say enough nice things about this house. My parents, brother and his kids, and my husband and I stayed here for a family reunion. It is a wonderful house. The photos do not do it justice. We really enjoyed having our coffee and breakfast sitting by the lake. The sun room is lovely - we had one very rainy day and sitting there and watching the rain on the lake was very nice. "The property is cozy with 2 bedrooms and lots of light filled areas to hang out. The property is very recently renovated and everything is clean and new. The setting sun gives a great show every night over the lake. The location is easy driving to downtown Jamestown which has some nice coffee (Crown Roasters) and restaurants."

"Me and a few friends stayed to watch the eclipse. We loved the location - close enough to town to get essentials but in a quiet neighborhood. We watched the eclipse sunset over the lake and it was so beautiful! We loved watching the birds on the property. Our only qualm was the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan so it got a little humid"

"Super convenient to airport, Charlie The Butchers, Duffs Famous for Wings, and Mighty Taco (all required stops when we are in town). Pleasant neighbors and the house was just what we needed for 5 adults and a dog (fenced yard for dog)."

Not only was this house located with a beautiful view of Lake Erie, but it had an open floor plan that was perfect for our traveling guests. "This is our go-to hotel for cross border shopping. It's located central to all the places we like to go to. It's quiet, staff are friendly, and most importantly the rooms are always clean. We don't look for a lot of frills as we basically only use the room to sleep; beds are comfortable which is also important. "
