"Everything was mostly clean, but using the water heater was an adjustment and neither of the toilets flushed correctly. That was quickly fixed by maintenance though. My only real complaint about the property was the noise level. It seems that these apartments are rented out to large groups of students who party and make an unbelievable amount of noise. Great amenities, not so great with the noise. "

"The hotel itself is very nice. I do not recommend the self catering apartments as they are very rundown. I brought this to their attention, which they addressed satisfactorily. The restaurant, bar, and hotel staff were some of the kindest individuals I’ve could ever meet! "

"This was such a great hotel close to Killarney but tucked away from the main road and noise. It was about a 20 minute walk to the centre of town. The food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a more boutique upscale option. "
