A perfectly acceptable budget hotel. My in-room coffee maker didn't work, but everything else did. It was clean and there were no bugs. I will gladly stay again on my next visit.

I don’t like to be negative but man. The hotel room was crazy downtrodden. Wasn’t filthy but was just downtrodden and outdated and broken. A/c worked fine tho and water wasn’t brown. But hard floors - broken equipment. Runs down

Lady that checked me in was excellent. So nice & friendly. It was snowing and I had informed her that I would be leaving around 5:30 am so she put me on a ground floor as I had requested and close to paved driveway due to construction in front with clay driveway. Room was clean. Parking lot was well lit. Heating worked well due to only 17 degrees outside. Close to nice restaurants.
