"Nice property. Location was ideal for my stay in Fayetteville. Air conditioning was excellent & needed. Bed I slept in was very comfortable. Great shower pressure. Laundry on site was very convenient. The only drawbacks I had were the amount of flies inside the home upon check-in and the broken lightbulbs on the exterior light by the front door. I remedied the fly issue by sending them off to pasture myself. All in all a good stay. "

"The first surprise was being asked to put used toilet paper in the trashcan instead of the toilet. I had to go back-and-forth a couple times to find out why and the host said they’ve had trouble with people over stuffing & over flowing the toilet. I will add he said if we were more comfortable putting it in the toilet then to feel free to do so. The photos of the interior of this property are accurate. "This was such a cute little repurposed farm building. There are several other rentals on the property, and the scenery is gorgeous. Just a few minutes from 95 and the quaint little downtown Benson area. The host was phenomenal and accommodating to work with. I highly recommend!"

"Our stay was nothing short of amazing. The location is peaceful and quiet. Amazing views of the stars at night only added to the experience. The house was very spacious and beautifully decorated. My kids, boyfriend and I were all very impressed with the layout and overall design. We would absolutely recommend this place 1,000 times and would definitely stay here again. "
