The check-in and communication prior to my arrival were top tier, the property had every amenity I needed and the beds were nearly as comfortable as my Simmons Beautyrest Black Hybrid. The beds are usually a place most properties fall short on IMO.They had plenty of games, puzzles, toys for toddlers and even a full size ping pong table in the garage. "The level of professionalism was perfect all around. While at the pool, I noticed they have staff walking around to ensure everything is OK, the water was perfect, even had a tester come by while relaxing, room was very clean and the little touches from the sink, art work, quality of linen and pillows, you can tell they truly care about their property and their guest experience. The breakfast that's included hit the spot and was consistent. You can also tell they used real eggs vs liquid eggs when preparing. Plenty of carts for bags at every building and a comfy court yard with a fire place open on both sides, creating a nice personal space."
