"Our stay was so lovely. The staff treated us like gold and our room was gorgeous and comfortable. The food at the Grill was delicious and the morning breakfast spread is unmatched for us. Loch Lomand is a beautiful place to visit. We highly recommend the Cameron House. "

"Booked this hotel for 2 nights based on the room pictures. Then I saw the exterior picture! Arrived late afternoon, driving along a tatty driveway, into an almost empty carpark that looked more like waste ground with an abandoned car in the corner. The hotel looked derelict. What I assume might have been a swimming pool building looked filthy. Inside the foyer and reception were amazing. My room was just like in the pictures. A little bit dusty, a little bit worn. But it felt like being in some kind of surreal experience. When I went out for the evening and came back, reception was deserted. Ditto the next day. I don't know if this is in the middle of a refurbishment or what. And no wifi in the rooms. I think you could "plug in" to the internet, but no wifi on the 6th floor."

"Always a warm welcome, comfy beds, very quiet and peaceful. Staff really go the extra mile. Even brought us plates and cutlery for our takeaway. Lovely old place. "

"It would all have been excellent except our room window was tiny and looking out on a roof and the noise of a boiler or engine outside made it difficult to sleep. "

"Lovely hotel with easy parking, great food (try the tart for dessert!), beautiful views in the lounge and restuaraunt, and a delightful pool and spa area. Note that you do need reservations for the outdoor hot tub (we were late arrivals and early departure, and did not check on the process for that). Would happily return and hopefully spend more than one night next time."
