1913 Dunsmuir Railroad Cottage Home- 750 sq. ft. - a few blocks from the Sac River with excellent fly fishing, mountain biking and hiking - 7 miles to Mt Shasta- Fully remodeled beautiful mountain home with views of the mountains from a picture window with a breakfast bar, wood burning stove, cozy feel, new furniture, flooring and appliances. The home is on a hillside with a large yard and a basement below. Custom features with 100 year barn wood island, shelves and breakfast bar, love, care and attention has been put into the home to provide a retreat like feel for all visitors to enjoy.
