A great 'bolt hole' bed & breakfast pub, & it does what it says on the tin.
Friendly staff with practical bedrooms & facilities.
And their breakfast was the best part of my stay !
Nice and friendly people
Love the place, it was clean quiet and fun to be there, they helped me a lot, as I nad never been to a hotel, now I know about this lovely place I thing I will be going here on a regular basis, if I could give them 10 stars I would it was the best place ever
Lovely little place, clean room with really friendly staff. Breakfast was great, with big variety. Worth the cost, clean room with essential facilities.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
The owner went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, which I really appreciated! Thank you!
This staff in this small hotel went over and above to accomodate me.
Every member of staff I met were great.
Accomodation was clean tidy, warm and internet signal was good.
Well done
Really friendly little pub with decent selection of ales. The room was spotless and cosy with an immaculate ensuite with plenty of toiletries,so I dont understand the grumpy reviews that people have given for a single room as the clue is in the name. Friendly locals in pub, even got offered to buy a drink and the breakfast was cracking. Not posh but I like that as the place was full of character and characters. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to. Lovely to see a place that is not boring and soulless.

Liked: Staff & service
Staff were very welcoming. The property could do with updating. Breakfast was mediocre. Everything was basic, but the property was clean
I needed a place to stay whilst visiting close friends. This place seemed close by and ideal. And I wasn't disappointed. Lovely helpful staff, the rooms were exactly what I needed for a good night's sleep (no thrills and frills), and breakfast in the morning. Just right...
Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff. The room was clean but small, the TV being little bigger than the kettle. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and nothing was too much trouble.
The pub is about ten minutes walk from the centre and well worth having a drink in. The locals were friendly and the Guinness was top notch.
All in all I would stay again without any hesitation and would recommend others to do so too.
Convenient for Dunstable centre where I visited Priory Gardens for screening of Last Night of the Proms (not particularly impressive). But they did have an excellent singing duo (Swing Sensation).
Pub could do with selling Draught Beer.
