"We arrived in Southampton - contacted Pass the Keys to find out about codes to get into house and was told “sorry for the inconvenience, BUT your reservation has been CANCELLED”. No assistance to find another place! We had just arrived in the U.K. from Canada for a 10 day visit and at 8:00 am find out we have no place to go! "Stayed 3 nights Tv dident work Window in my room looked into the kitchen lol don’t know why Shower down stairs had no hot water had to use the one upstairs which was shared with a lot more people Light shade fell of randomly and the ceiling rose with it sofa bed was awful to sleep on Communication was ok Parking was rubbish at the back of a council estate near some garages will not be returning "
