"Access to keys for entry was easy, bed was comfortable and the shower was good although the water took forever to drain away so I had to turn it off before it overflowed which may account for the slightly fousty smell in the room. No signal on TV no matter how many buttons we pressed!"

"Fab well appointed little Gem is what the Burlington Guest House is. The location is brilliant and the bus stops 1 minute from the guest house. The rooms are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a great size and the sea view was fab. The Breakfast has a varied menu which caters for everybody and is delicious and well presented and perfectly cooked by Duncan. "We all had an amazing stay. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Only thing that could be improved on is to have full length mirror in rooms as we were attending a wedding and couldnt see ourselves before leaving. Also need charging points by the bed. Otherwise i would definitely recommend to others. The staff were also very nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!!"
